Motion Microchip

SG designed a super tiny Motion Microchip that fitted several into one earphone easily. The Motion Microchip can replace the voice coil of a speaker, its size is just 1/10 to the traditional voice coil, but it increases the power range 10 times.

Semiconductor Dynamic Speakers (SDS) reproduce professional stereo sound in a 7x6mm form factor with independent Tweeters (high frequency), Mid-range speakers (mid frequency), Woofers (low frequency) to Subwoofers (super low frequency) for frequency & Sound Pressure Level (SPL) optimization & customization, various diaphragm materials on each independent speaker simultaneously to create amazing timbre richness sound experiences.

This innovative architecture enables the 4 independent speakers serially connect to one powerful magnetic circuit instead of 4 weak and bulky ones. This unique and proprietary architecture maximizes the power delivery in such a limited space, reducing system size and complexity significantly.

 

Semiconductor Process 

-One piece of 12-inch wafer produces 30,000 pcs of 4-way speakers with matured semiconductor technology.
